Tatiana Minaeva FCIArb is a founder of the South East Europe Arbitration (SEEA) Conference and an international arbitration lawyer and arbitrator with over 25 years of experience in international dispute resolution. Following a distinguished career with leading international law firms, including as a partner from 2012, she established her independent practice, with a primary focus on serving as an independent arbitrator.

She holds Master’s Degrees from Radboud University Nijmegen in European Law, and from Uppsala University in Investment Treaty Arbitration. Valentina has acted in investment treaty arbitrations conducted under the ICSID and the UNCITRAL rules. Dr Anna Plevri is an Assistant Professor of  Faculty of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Prior to this position, she was an Assistant Professor of Civil Procedure and ADR at the University of Nicosia (2014 -2024), Director of the Procedural Law Unit of the same University. 

 She has been recently ranked at the list of Lexology Arbitration Future Leaders 2026 (Greece) and previously at WWL & Global Arbitration Review Future Leaders 2024 (Greece).  

She has been trained in various law and ADR trainings abroad, such as in Italy, in Germany, in the United Kingdom, in Switzerland, in the USA and in Dubai.

Mr. Dragan Psodorov, is an attorney at law from Belgrade, Serbia and Senior Partner of Joksovic, Stojanovic and Partners law firm, with more than 20 years of experience. Mr. Psodorov completed studies of law at Law School at the University of Belgrade and postgraduate studies at the Central European University - Budapest, Hungary and obtained degree of Master of Law in International Business Law. 

Mr. Psodorov acts as counsel in arbitration proceedings before major domestic or regional arbitral institutions, such as Permanent Arbitration of the Serbian Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Arbitral Court attached to the Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce and Belgrade Arbitration Center (BAC). Also, Mr. Psodorov represented parties before major international arbitral institutions such as ICC, London Maritime Arbitrators Association and in ad hoc arbitrations. Further, he acts frequently as the counsel in DAB proceedings in major construction projects.

Dr. Ileana Smeureanu concentrates her practice on international commercial and investor-State arbitration. Double qualified in New York and Bucharest, and registered as European lawyer with the Paris Bar, Ileana represents clients in commercial arbitrations across multiple jurisdictions in various sectors including energy, telecom, hotel industry, construction, and financial services.
