Tatiana Minaeva FCIArb is a founder of the South East Europe Arbitration (SEEA) Conference and an international arbitration lawyer and arbitrator with over 25 years of experience in international dispute resolution. Following a distinguished career with leading international law firms, including as a partner from 2012, she established her independent practice, with a primary focus on serving as an independent arbitrator.

During her years as counsel, Tatiana worked on both commercial and investor–state arbitrations, acting for businesses, investors and states in complex disputes across a wide range of sectors, including energy and natural resources, finance, construction, shipping and international trade.

Tatiana has served as arbitrator since 2014, including as sole arbitrator, under the Rules of the LCIA, ICC, SCC, SIAC, HKIAC, DIAC and ICAC, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Tatiana is ranked "Highly Recommended" in the Lexology Index: Arbitration (2025 and 2026) and was previously recognised as a Global Leader in Who's Who Legal: Arbitration (Counsel, England & Wales).

Tatiana is passionate about the development of international arbitration and actively contributes to the profession on a pro bono basis.
