Natalia is Counsel at Westerberg & Partners, a leading Swedish law firm with a strong international focus. She represents clients in arbitration and before Swedish courts, and also serves as an arbitrator in international disputes. Her geographic focus includes matters from Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, and the CIS. She is a Board Member of the Finland Arbitration Institute and is recognized by the Lexology Index as a recommended arbitration lawyer in Sweden.
Before joining Westerberg & Partners, Natalia was Deputy Secretary General and Legal Counsel at the SCC Arbitration Institute. She also served as a Council Member of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI) and represented the SCC in UNCITRAL Working Groups on dispute settlement and ISDS reform. Earlier in her career, she worked as an associate at the Stockholm offices of Vinge and Gernandt & Danielsson.

Matej’s experience with investment arbitrations includes representation of both claimants and respondents in more than a dozen different investment arbitrations conducted under ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC arbitration rules.
Matej has also successfully represented clients in commercial arbitrations arising from a diverse array of issues, including contract breaches, warranty claims, post-acquisition claims or claims based on defective performance. José-Manuel García Represa is a founding partner at Wordstone Dispute Resolution in Paris, specializing in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration in proceedings under the major institutional rules including UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, among others. José-Manuel’s practice focuses on disputes relating to Latin America, Europe and Africa. He regularly represents clients in arbitrations involving concession contracts, oil & gas, engineering and construction, power (both renewable and conventional), mining, telecoms, and pharma. Nicolae Reutoi joined Alaco in 2014. His portfolio of work includes complex litigation support investigations and asset recovery assignments. Nicolae is regularly engaged in managing projects in the broader FSU region, including Russia, Ukraine and Central Asia, and he also oversees Alaco’s work in Romania and Moldova, where he has particular expertise. He holds an MA in International Relations from King’s College London and a BSc in Business and Russian from Trinity College Dublin.
Aura Sabadus works as an energy and cross-commodity writer for the London-based Independent Commodity Intelligence Services (ICIS), a global energy and petrochemicals news and market data publisher. She is also a Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Washington-based Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) and an Associate Fellow of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) in the UK.
She has written extensively on energy and political risk and takes a particular interest in the Black Sea region, having recently published a book on geopolitics and energy market reform in Moldova. She is frequently quoted in the international mainstream media and speaks at industry and academic conferences.

Ileana Smeureanu concentrates her practice on international commercial and investor-State arbitration. She represents clients from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East throughout the whole arbitral process, covering a wide range of disputes and a variety of jurisdictions.
Before joining Pinsent Masons, Ileana worked in London as a research assistant to a renowned international arbitrator and was an associate with the International Law Institute (ILI) in Washington, D.C. During her doctoral studies, Ileana trained with the ICC Court of Arbitration, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and four international law firms in Paris and Singapore.
Ileana is author of the book Confidentiality in International Commercial Arbitration (Kluwer Law International, 2011). She coauthored the English translation of the Romanian arbitration law (ICCA International Handbook on Commercial Arbitration, 74th Suppl., May 2013) and has published and spoke on numerous topics with special focus on Eastern Europe.
She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bucharest Bar Association, and the young international groups of several prominent arbitral institutions.
Nicolás Gálvez Solís, Counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce
Nicolás is Counsel for the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. For the past year, Nicolás headed the team administering the cases involving Eastern Europe and the CIS region and is now in charge of one of the Latin American case management teams. He has also worked in several law firms both in Guatemala and Paris and has an LL.M in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute resolution from Sciences Po in Paris.

Nenad graduated from Belgrade University Law School and has been a member of the State and Belgrade Bar Association since 1998.
Over the past 15 years he has been responsible for representing clients in some of the most complex arbitration and litigation matters in Serbia, as well as handling hearings involving international arbitral and other disciplinary bodies such as ICSID, VIAC, ICC and the Football Association of Serbia.

Anastasiya Ugale is an independent counsel specializing in international law and dispute resolution. Jonathan is an independent arbitrator; he is immediate past President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, having served as Trustee for 8 years and chair of the Board for 5 years. For the first 7 years of his long career, he practised as a criminal and human rights lawyer, appearing in Strasbourg in ECHR cases and on the Foreign Office pro bono panel.
